the first link www.gfgthps.co.nr looks nice at first glace except for the streching of the forum, cause when i change the window size, the title picture doesnt strech with it, which means everything goes out of propotion. either make the whole forum a fixed lingth (so that when people strech the browswer window the image and forum stay the same size), or make the image able to strech with some photoshop magic.
i like the layout of the 2nd link, but still same issue with the title image.

Are you refering to the banner? I did use photoshop, but mainly flash and actionscript, and it is actually not an image but rather an .swf.
What browser / os are you using? What are your appearance settings (resolution?)
