Lol, i know this is a "noob" question probably, but.. when i loaded my forums FTP.. i went to them, and saw on the index page a annoucement, but it was on the test forum... i deleted the test forum, to make the real 1s.... and the annoucement left.. my question is.. how can i get it so when i post a annoucement on the forum itself, it shows up on the forum index new annoucements.

Like, once i go to forums, i have a "annoucements" forum... if i post like in that, how do i get it to automatically post like the annoucement on the index page, with a link going to the topic..

Oh, I'm unsure: PunBB's index page is the forum index. You should ask wherever you downloaded that modification from

see on www.punres.org they have like the annoucement topics on the index, how do i get that?
see how, all the info from this forum section( http://www.punres.org/viewforum.php?id=6) that they call " news" is posted on the main index
Yes, I understand what you're asking. However, you're using a highly modified version of PunBB. I have no idea what code you already have in there and what needs adjusting. That's why you need to ask the developer(s) of MegaPun.
