Topic: commenting on articles

Any way to use this software to comment on articles... or other stuff?
I mean i need some forum software that I can integrate with existing web site and will be used to comment articles. Of course I need to send some parameters to forum (like article ID) but the general question is:
- it has such possibility or not?
Sure, I can redevelope existing soft (I have skills) but I do not want to loose time; I search for ready to use software.

Please, do not force us to register, logon and other toys... I have question, I want to write post and I do not have time to loose. Do not you realize that registering options means 'many users will not use this forum - have no time for such fun'.

Thanks but this plugin is useless (works with some CMS - my CMS is my brain and hands) - I can write better that will work with any app and script.
