Topic: Gallery2 & Other Gallery Based Software

Hi,

Has anyone here used Gallery2? Would you mind posting a little feedback about how you found the software? I'm mainly looking to hear your thoughts about how easy it was to style (in comparison to Punbb), how feature heavy you consider the software to others?

If you know of other, similiar photo management open source solutions please post some ideas here.

I am looking for something light weight that will be easy to maintain. It should also have the ability to let users register, upload photos etc. I have looked at Punbb Gallery Mod but that isnt really what I need, it would take a lot of changes to suit my needs I think.

if you want something lightweight, use Gallery1.
I have never been able to get used to Gallery2.

To integrate with PunBB, I use Coppermine and it works very well but the template is not valid xhtml strict sad
