Topic: I can't create new catagories, or otherwise modify database

Messages can be posted to the forums and catagory I made when I installed, but  If I try to add another catagory, It is "there" in the catagory list in the admin section, but does not show up anywhere else.

I can't change any options, either, like hiding email addresses. the changes don't stick.  The ownership and permissions of the sqlite db are as they should be  (permissions of db: 666).

People can post and reply fine.

Category: make sure you create forums that use that category
Options: It sounds like your cache files aren't being updated. Try deleting the .php files in your cache directory and chmodding the directory so that files can be written there by PHP
