Topic: How to put my PunBB in my website template?

Hi,
I just downloaded PunBB and it's working just as I wanted it to and is perfect so far. What I'm wondering is how to do is put PunBB, which is a whole page, into my website template. My template revolves around two PHP includes, so essentialy, to make a new page on my website, I do this.

(include top)

content

(include bottom)

The top include has the head, body, title, etc tags and the bottom has the /body, /html, etc tags, and each contains the whole layout. How can I stick my PunBB inside it? Since I'm bad at explaining things and can't find a sample website of what I'm talking about, I made an illustration I hope will help:
