Topic: Bad HTTP Referer - but only for 2 users with full PM inboxes

I have 2 users out of 3000 who get this message when they try to delete their full PM boxes.

Bad HTTP_REFERER. You were referred to this page from an unauthorized source. If the problem persists please make sure that 'Base URL' is correctly set in Admin/Options and that you are visiting the forum by navigating to that URL. More information regarding the referrer check can be found in the PunBB documentation.

There are no other problems and the Base URL is definitely set correctly. Any idea on how to fix this? Or if I as an admin can delete their inboxes for them?

Bad HTTP_REFERER, in my experience, is not only a server side issue, but also a client side one.
Assuming that your forum is http://www.postpunkkitchen.com/forum/
If those users are instead browsing the forums from http://postpunkkitchen.com/forum/index.php (without the www.) they're likely to be getting the bad referer message.
Make them double check the URL they use. If it doesn't solve try contacting the Private Message System author.

Or have them turn off their silly norton protection suite.
