Topic: Putting brackets into text

Is there a way to put square bracket in the text?  Very useful if you want someone to show how to use BBCode!

it will be considered as BBcode, the only solution is enclose it in code or quote BBcode like

me@mydomain.com

or modify parser.php to create the nobbcode tag that will not parse the text between the 2 tags [nobbcode]text I do not want to parse[nobbcode]
