Topic: maybe not a bug.....

I just wondered why on any of the forums you can see the contents of the /include folder?

http://punbb.org/forums/include/

for example - would be simple enough to hide and you have done on most of the other folders

It doesn't matter alot, but yes, it's probably something they missed.

the packages i downloaded came with an index.htm file with nothing but a dot in it.

I can't think of any issue caused by the include directory being listed.
