Existing layout integration problems

Hello,

I got my own written CMS, now i need to inegrate punbb as a page section (when someone clicks on menu, it includes in center section whole and full functional forum) and any option will operate in main layout.

I cant find any usefull tutorials about that kind of integration, if someone may help me i will be very glad.
