Topic: Template Request

Im not all that good with .php programming im not that good at html in saying that and im wondering is there anyone here who will help me by creating a template that is easily edited to what i need it for

i would like something that looks like this

how much would it cost, also is there sites that provide punbb templates because im more looking for something i can mod myself i just need the basis on which to do this i dont have the knowlage to make one from scratch but i can change colours, images and such

well i considered it more related to here then other forums sorry, my mistake

Punres.org has free PunBB styles available.
