I want to use the BBCodes with lower case letters and capitals, is that possible?

sure, PunBB converts them to lowercase though. 
just curious but what would be the need for uppercase?

omg, I don't know why but my PunBB doens't convert it anymore... curse you frontpage upgrade, cursssssseeeeeee youuuuuuuuuuuuu! Ò_Ó
argh, how can I activate it again?... T.T
Ow I just wanna have this conversion feature, not more XD

Copy the preparse_bbcode() function from a fresh install's parser.php.

really good idea but it's the same code... T.T
In fact, I changed the parser.php file from my website with the parser.php from the installation file and nothing changed... T.T
I installed http://www.punres.org/desc.php?pid=78 this one instead the normal PunBB, now I've a few problems and regret that I installed it XD
Anyway, thanks for trying to help me buddy
