Topic: Changing way how is displayed text on forum rules

This is kind a problem.
If You write long forum rules, then it is hard to read them becouse all sentences are together, no BBcode...

So I have problems that some people do not read them, but in rules are rules about choosing nicknames...

How to make text in rules to be normal text - with paragraphs, BBcode etc?

write your rules in html.
for exemple, use <br /> to create a new line

Sorry, I know so litle that I even did not find where is rules text hidden. So I could not even look on it and understand that I do not know what to do...
So can You give me more precise advice - where and what I need to do...

what i did was make a quick video(sorry no audio) about it.
this is my rules page for my website.

take your rule doc.
i use dreamweaver to create this there are several free programs that will do the same.
copy the word doc open DW go to design mode paste content.
then next go to code view.
copy everything between <body> but dont copy the body part. from the first <p> to the last </p>
go to admin-options rules box and paste your code there.

Well, I looked how does looks your forum rules and understood that it is kind a porn forum. (Porn = haram!)
So I did not risk to open Your video, but I understood how to make what I need.

Just took frontpage blank page and made what I need and copy&paste code to admininistration menu options where is box for rules.

It works.
