More options in "profile menu/personal" ?

In my PunBB in "profile menu" under "personal" ir 4 options:

1) Real name

2) Title

3) Location

4) Website

My forum ir about Islam and muslim topics.
What I want that people could (should) wrote their gender and is they or not a muslims.

So I would want that in their profile at side of posts would be litlebit more than now.

I would want that there would be place to write:
"As-Salamu aleikum, people!" (which would muslims like to write as their greating)

And 4 possibilities like:
"Muslim already 4 years!" (or "Muslima already 1,5 years!" or "Non-muslim", or "Non-muslima")

How to make in the "profile menu/personal" these two modifications?

(I truly have very little (tiny) knowledge in coding.)
