Enable DEBUG mode and try again. Then you will receive a more detailed error message. I'm not sure, but I think it's a matter of an incomplete upgrade. Did you follow the upgrade instructions in install.html?

I have not update it or so...
I could reinstall it but i will lose all the info that i dont wonna do..
i will try to enable DEBUG mode and see what will happened.

What version are you running?
Is $db_prefix correctly set in config.php?

Yes.. prefix must be correct
I also try to just delet it.. but nothing helps.
Version is gotta be PunBB 1.0.1

So your prefix is "allic_pun.bun"?

That's odd. Could you export a dump of the database structure and post it here? You can do that via phpMyAdmin or any other database management system.

So I decaded to just reinstall forum...
