This is a great idea!

Even if one could just enable it in one forum or topic it would be pretty cool, sort of like a newsletter.

With the number of tags growing a scrollbar appears which looks kind of ugly. Could you add an input form in the admin panel for the tags divider because FF3 doesn't break lines if the divider is   ? I already changed the manifest.xml manually but I would have to do it again on every update ...

Agreed.

Please post your manifest.xml

Thanks. smile

so when u search a keyword. the same result it gives. SO???????

Searching by tag will be implemented later, not in this release.

Dunno if that's a good idea, I quite like the searches the way they are now. What advantages would there be in a tag-only search?

Tags provide additional keywords to consider. A bit like Google's "Searches related to"

Looking good so far. The editing works perfectly first time now and the tags are only visible to the correct user groups. smile

I don't think there is a problem per se. It's just that I have had difficulties getting search engines to accept duplicate content before when I changed URLs and the solution seems to be a redirect.

I recently enabled SEF URLs on all my PunBB forums but am having difficuly getting the search engines to index the new links. I have re-submitted sitemaps etc.

I think that the root of the problem lies in duplicate content. Is there some way to get:

viewtopic.php?id=21681

to redirect to:

topic/21681/sef-url-redirect/

instead of just displaying the same content?

Thanks smile

It would be good if extentions would add flags to online now and users today list, so flags would be attached to usernames and instead of guests ip adress there would be flag.

Do you mean the Currently online on the Index page?

Any chance of a "See more tags" button?

Do you want to limit the list of tags and show them only by clicking this button?

More like a page listing all the tags.

Please guys, I'm loosing PR at an alarming rate.

I've been playing around with a free PHP search engine called Sphider. While indexing my own sites I discovered that some topics have a No-Index flag set in the meta tags. Here is an example of one of them:

Please help me fix this. I'm not sure where to start looking.

Hmm, I'm not running pun_admin_manage_extensions_improved

Will install it on my test forum and see what it does.

Thanks for letting me know smile

Weird, I downloaded it again and I got the same error.

Please download again:

Weird. What Zip program are you using? WinRAR seems to work fine.

Ha, found out my ISP offers something called "Static DNS", here's the new URL:

http://isp23976.dns.openweb.co.za/

This works much better as it doesn't use a silly client. big_smile
