I believe that it was a GoDaddy problem. I talked with others that seem to have had issues with GoDaddy yesterday as well.

This seems to have just started today, May 8, 2007. I use GoDaddy shared hosting and I am running the latest version of Pun. I also am using MySQL 5.

Today I have been getting the following error reported from Pun:
Unable to connect to MySQL server. MySQL reported: Unknown MySQL server host 'h50mysql1.secureserver.net' (2).

Is this something in Pun or is it something going on at GoDaddy?

Thanks for the kind remarks. I would love to host more types of languages in the future. I originally intended to just host forums for languages that I amost familiar with. But, having other moderators for the other languages appeals to me to.

I have started a new Pun board on my website at http://www.noblebell.com/punforum . I am converting from a free hosted ProForum board. I could not get my data from them. What a bummer. I am also revamping my website too.

If anyone has any suggestions on getting more traffic or how to best advertise my site and message board (freely) I would surely appreciate it.
