I've finished the userpart of the languagepack. 
Some work on the adminparts remains.
Please give me any feedback, corrections and so on. It will be much appreciated!

I've started with the Swedish language pack. 85% of the user part and 15% of the admin pages have been translated so far. Just give me a couple of days and it should be finished.
