No, I don't want to ask when PunBB 1.3 will come out - but I don't mind if someone can tell me. 
Well, I have seen that some People have some kind of "PunBB 1.3 beta" or something like that - so is there a "beta thing" available for testing?
I would like to play with it local, to waste some time until I start building my community.
