Preventing SPAM should be easy. New topics can only be started by members. Each new topic generates a random password which is emailed in the post. Only replies that have manually placed the password in the subject line should get posted.

Is it possible to setup post by email in punBB ? I cant find anything in the documentation about it . 
what i need is an option where users can reply to the emails they receive for subscribed posts, and the reply gets posted to the appropriate punBB forum post

Ok i've got punBB installed and I've got WP working. I've used the integration pack and linked the two together. Now, how do i display punBB in a page of WP ?

Thats a great site. can i ask a few questions-

1.  How do you get videos listed like that in WP ?
2.  I've installed WP and punBB , now I want punBB displayed in a page. What quicktag should i use ?
3.  how did you create the 'upload' page ?

I've managed to get PunBB installed and linked to WordPress. Now, when I create a new user in WordPress, a new user is created in PunBB too.

1.  How do I get punBB displayed in a page in Wordpress, so that it uses the same theme a WP ?

2.  When users in WP edit their profile, there is an error :
