I made a pugin with my specific needs for my forum. I removed those 'specific' code and made available public at http://www.ninethsense.com/content/view/57/51/
This plugin is for administrators to remove multiple users along with their posts by the selection of checkbox. I am sure there is already many plugins available for the same purpose. Anyway let me share
