PunBB reported: Unable to connect to PostgreSQL server

I have other php software using Pg just fine.  I'm using php-cgi because the hosting account uses suexec (php4 executes as my user id)

This is running on a debian Sarge install (it'll be upgraded to Etch as soon as the new hardware shows up, which might be never sad )

I see the php headers are showing up in the message to.  other php software isn't creating this.
