I don't understand how i can get my custom smilies into the "database" that shows them at the Easy Smilies. What ever I do the won't show up. How can I upload my smilies ?

my avatar is in JPG format 150x150 and it won't show up when i'm logged in. When i'm not logged in i can see every avatar of every member on the forum. But why can't I se that when i'm logged in ? (i'm the admin of my forum)
please help...
