I'm not exactly sure what the issue is but....Try uploading this to the forum root directory:

Topic: Extension Request: Reputation (2 replies, posted in PunBB 1.3 extensions)
Hey all developers, if any of you i was wondering if there is any chance of a 1.3 Reputation extension coming out?
I.E: Under each users name there should be:
Reputation: (NUMBER GOES HERE) +/-
The plus and minus should add or remove reputation points.
If there is already something like this already i'd love a link.
Just a useful idea.

Oh, Fair. But at the moment there is no way?
I'm already loving the look and feel of the 1.3
Oh and i'm finding it MUCH easier to style.

Now i run an old forum on 1.2.6 and i was wondering if there is any method of importing all forums, posts and users to 1.3?
