Ok... what??? Can someone please just post the straight code and instructions instead of a bunch of different codes? It really does get confusing...
Also, can you make it so that only moderators and administrators can report posts?

For some reason, every 30-40 minutes, my forums crash. I always get:
"mysql timed out while trying to connect" and blah.
What I usually have to do is edit the config.php's mysql connection information to something random, then change it back. When that does not work, I have to login to my phpMyAdmin account. After I do that, then it runs again.
My question: how the hell can I make it so that I don't have to keep doing this?

Because, I wish to be able to change both the left and the right parts of the post for admins/moderators/other ranks, not just the font color...

As you can see, those two spots inside of the yellow boxes are white. One is a giant white box that magically appeared, while the other is a white border that doesn't change colors.
My question: where in the CSS is either of those??
