Hi there, I am finding my forum being flooded with rogue bot registrations.
I have REcaptcha installed but it seems that they are registering some how else, as these bots are not showing up in the user search. Does anybody have any advise for this?
Thanks
Hi,
Im not sure what else i can tell you, i know that i have had a lot of spam posts and even spam registrations, with a default role of 'Moderator'.
Most topics i try to delete are fine, but there are so far just 2 i have found which seem to have an ID of 0 when i try to delete and i get 'bad request: outdated topic or something.
Let me know what else you want me to provide.
Hi there,
I just upgraded to the newest 1.3.5 version of punbb.
I am finding that i can not delete some topics (spam) in the forums. When i hover over the delete link the url is something like delete.php?id=0 which of course is incorrect.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
Also just as a side note, is there a way i can modify the template without having to re-modify it again when i upgrade the forum?
Cheers
Robert
Yep it sure did mate, cheers for your help!
Thanks Anatoly

I have migrated to punbb from phpbb, and now the search is not working properly.
It searches only posts that have been made during the time it has been installed on punbb, but the forum is a lot bigger then that. All previous forum material doesn't seem to index.
Does any one have any ideas.

TIA!
Hi hcgtv, i guess the big thing for me is maintaining any mods that i install on 1.2.17, but i understand this will not be possible?

I'm looking to migrate a forum from phpbb 2.0 to punbb 1.3 beta, will this working using the migration tool available on this site, or is the DB structure different and there for not work.
Also is 1.3 stable enough to rely on for the moment, and will 1.3 beta then be easily upgradable to 1.3 stable?
Cheers.
This came in handy mate! Cheers
