Its from Fancy stop spam extension. Links limit is configurable.
Look at "Settings for Fancy Stop SPAM" section in Admin -> Features.

In the post all content is aligned to left.

For SoundCloud without flash maybe is good idea use oEmbed api. Default SoundCloud api provided only Flash-based player.

Yes, i think we need add support for oEmbed protocol for Fancy Media.

fredghostkyle, you can disable forum rules in settings.

I dont known existing extensions, but its not hard to create.

SoundCloud supported in new extension Fancy Media.
Currently it requires Adobe Flash, but I'm working on it.

There are 2 ways to do it.

1) You can disable it by css – span.quote-post { display: none; }
2) Write a small extension.

I think its easy to make this extensions. I will try at this weekend.

Passwords not hidden — and admin can easy see typed passwords. Thats main goal.
