in 1.2 search results for active topics you could click the forum name. Now in 1.3 it is just plain text. I prefer it to be clickable. Any chance of a fix?

What kind of error?
The errors I'm aware of are shown regardless of the redirect message

Why not just set to 0 seconds.
I find it frustrating to use the redirect so I always set it to 0 but punbb doesn't advise this. Why?

I think this would also serve me better on its own page but I'm still waiting for my forum to be switched to a php 5.x.x server to test it properly.

Can I see your forum?
I'd like to see that mod in action. It sounds a bit silly to me but I'd like to see it so I can maybe change my mind smile

have you tried going through your admin settings and deleting the title & description?

you might prefer to make the last post time appear like this:
today 14.32

instead of
23.12.2008: 14.45.08

That saves a lot of space and is easier for guests to understand too

Cheers... but my installation does have the linebreak on the topic title part:
Just see here:
http://www.eroyton.co.uk/forum/viewforum.php?id=7

Currently the "online now" list only appears at the bottom of the index page. I would like it to appear towards the top of main.tpl so that is appears just above the pagination part.

can someone advice which code block to copy and where to paste it?
I've tried, believe me, I've tried sad

Thanks for any tips
Mark

I notice these punbb support forums do not have the linebreak, whereas my forum does, see here:
http://www.eroyton.co.uk/forum/viewforum.php?id=7

However, the punbb forum does still have a line break in "last post" time. I want to get rid of both line breaks in my forum and would be chuffed if someone could help with that.

In 1.2 we had it like this:

Topic Title by username

But now we have

Topic Title
by username

This means the viewforum.php is almost twice the height that it used to be which means much more scrolling is needed. My users are not liking this.

I've spent some time inspecting viewforum.php but I can't find how to get rid of the linebreak as it seems to be controlled via css instead of a simple line break.

Any tips please?
p.s. this is also the same for the "last post" column sad

Please describe what this extension does so the idiots (me) knows what it is for smile

I agree it would be nice to have a H2 heading saying "most recently active topics" or something
smile

compila.com just so you know

they want £15 to upgrade. I'll pay it for a chatroom smile

cheers for that smile

I like it smile
Good work dude!

Cheers Parpalak
I appreciate your efforts so far smile

This is the full content of my error log:

[Sat Dec 13 11:40:52 2008] [error] PHP Fatal error:  Call to undefined function:  date_default_timezone_set() in /home/mark4321/public_html/forum/misc.php(631) : eval()'d code on line 173

That relates to the chat extension I tried to install but my host PHP is not a recent enough version so it failed.

Thanks for your attention with this, my users will love you if you help me fix it smile

Yes. All themes are equally affected.

Garciat,
I'm looking for a code block that I paste into my viewtopic.php and viewforum.php files so that a list of online user avatars is listed within the main.tpl file.

Are you able to help with that? I'm on 1.3. If you can please see my topic in "feature requests"

THANKS!

IS there not already a single css file that controls the structure of all punbb styles?

I'm sad. My host is still on php version 4.x.x
sad
I've emailed them asking them to upgrade but I doubt they will sad
