I can stick adverts and announcements and other messages in the right column.
I hacked one for 1.2 but I can't manage it this time around for some reason.

I'll take that as a yes. When can you start?

I'm increasing this from £30 to £50.
And I've changed my mind. The column should be on the right hand side not the left. IT should be about 150px wide
And it should work in all styles.

It doesn't really give a good impression when this official forum which is using the latest release keeps suffering spam attacks.

I installed it but got an internal server error whenever I tried to click "thanks".
I look forward to a working release. Thanks for your effort so far kierownik

I agree. Must be a tough one to code

If he had the skills I'm sure he would have already done so.

Me neither and I'm desparate for a sidebar too sad

portal by daris has the sidebar

I'd like for my members to have their more recent twitter (tweet) shown in their forum signature. I've added this to the extensions request wiki page

I don't like "justify" text on the homepage.
Otherwise, it's nice and clean

Should probably be an extension for that.... or maybe build it directly to source release?

Can you test the "active topics" view. Mine has columns all messed up

nope smile
high pr doesn't result in high SERPS
tampering with pr might damege SERPS

those 2 things are not mutually exclusive.

External link - it`s a minus to PR rating(some sink in seo). big_smile

there is no evidence that PR helps your ranks. you might even get penalised for trying to discredit links.

I mean let the PR flow through external links too

let the PR flow. if you want to use no follow for anti spam reasons that's cool but not for seo. let the pr flow brother.

Can the admin install HTML into a user's profile that the user cannot edit?

I look forward to hearing reports about what extensions work or don't work with this upgrade. Should there be many issues expected?

How can it be turned off? Got a link?
I think I tried to turn it off once but I still get the message VERY regularly

Jason, the good news is that the token message is a bug that mostly affects admin accounts. I don't think your standard members will be seeing the security token message as often as you.

As far as I'm concerned, as long as security is in place to stop spambots registering then I'd rather not have the security token feature.
