Is there way to add custom format of SEO urls like fancy or file based? In IPB 3 I can create seo furl templates and what about punBB?

There is a problem, when registering under Mac OS X browsers: Safari 4, Firefox 3.5. I enabled email verification by email and after user registration & verification user group is 0 in database (pun_users table, group_id=0), but it must same as 'o_default_user_group'!

Please help!

My settings:
o_sef = Folder_based
o_regs_allow = 1
o_regs_verify = 1
o_default_user_group = 3
