I have punbb1.2 bbs (Default language Simple_Chines),configed
$db_prefix = 'sec';When I use db_update.php update database, this script only convert table Collation to utf8_general_ci,
it don't convert column Collation.
So I delete 'sec' from table name,db_update.php work fine,so I beleive this is a bug.
