THE BEST editor not only for html/php is PSPad. It has incredible number of incredible functions... try it !

Hi there.
I've installed PunBB and everything goes well, expect for one thing. When I write URL without file specification it's ok, but when I write exactly /index.php or referr from "home" link it writes
The file 'config.php' doesn't exist or is corrupt. Please run install.php to install PunBB first.Please heeeelp !
