i know how to fix that bad http_referer thingy, i fix it by having to disable my firewall when i want to update my profile or forums, how come i dont have to disable it when updating my profile here?!?!?! i'm using "Norton Internet Security" as my firewall

hi, i was wondering if it is possible to make some1 an admin or the owner again via mySQL coz i used a phpbb 2 punbb converter and it went wrong and deleted my user.... lucky me that i've had the forums in matanence the whole time so no1 registered so if its possible to make some1 the owner again via mySQL plz can u tell me 
it would be a big help
