its back..i completely forgot that i changed hosts, so i needed to ad www before the url of the base url. in case anyone ever needs help, just go to config.php and change it there. thanks for responding slavok.

my forum was completely fine a few days ago. i look at it today, and its got a plain white background, as if i had deleted the css files. everythings in tact, and i have not made any updates to it at all. nothing has changed so i dont understand why there would be no styling.
