German language file and wiki is updated to 1.3.4.
Changes from bibabu were already uploaded.

just fyi :
Unfortunately the file from bibabu does not seem to exist anymore.
So I started the translation for the actual 1.3.4 release and I`m going to upload it to the wiki when it's finished.
