does my sql php ect all come installed with that server. Then all i do is kupload my files? Or do i install php and mysql? Also I dont need apachy now that im using a paid host right?
p.s. when i install languauge packs can i have them all so people all around the world can see my forums correctly???

I have a hit counter and some junk that i want to put but its all in html. How do i convert some of this to this php stuff? Also how do i edit the index page? I really want to edit that front page. Again i have no clue what this php stuff is but ill hang in there. Then i want the index as like a main front page then i would add a botton on the top that said forums. Help me out please. Also in the footers what code do i put to get the quick post bottons??

ok but can i use the $12 a month thing. Im only 13 and get no allounce so i need a site thats not going to be the expensiveest thing ever. So will i be good if i go with the $13 a month plan??

o so phpmyadmin does nothing lol... (Wow what a waist of time...) ok... Well whatever.. Also can you use html script in the php files?? I want to add a hit counter to my site?? I want to add it so it would be undr footer.php but where would i add the hit counter... Here is my counter code.
