Check out the cache folder, delete the cache_config.php file

I delete everything in cache directory, but still doesn't work. tongue

In Administration -> Options -> Registration, I find that I can disallow user registation by "No" in option "Allow new registrations", and "Yes" if would like to make my punBB public.

The question is, if I would like to keep my punBB private, private for my friends only, can I add user accounds manually?

If the answer is "YES", how or where to add the new user accounts?
