That was it, for some reason the files didnt copy over all the way as they should

Tried installing it on a win2k3 standard OS, with no luck. Just by running the install.php I get the following Error:
Warning: main(./include/dblayer/mysql.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\websites\osinia\punbb\install.php on line 335
Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required './include/dblayer/mysql.php' (include_path='.;C:\PHP\pear') in C:\websites\osinia\punbb\install.php on line 335
Any fix?
