No doubt. It's always the best choice to keep upgrading scripts to the latest version. I have not used the 1.2 version but I'm sure new versions have its purpose and it is always for the benefit of the users. smile

Googlebot = Guest. Though some forum platforms show Search Engine bots as Registered User. I wonder if it actually gives access to member-only pages and contents.

Although they agreed to allow, it's not nice to remove the credit unless you're supporting the development. I always feel to remove the credits on forums or web templates. Once, I actually did that without asking permission. I started to felt uneasy. I know lots of hard work went into developing it so, I decide to have it back and never remove any credits.

By the way, if your forum guest or member found out that you're using this particular forum script and have removed the credit, it shows that you're not other people's work. tongue

P.S. Just my opinions, it's your freedom to do or not. wink

If you want free version, get AVG Anti-Virus. If you able to get commercial one I recommend you to get Norton. I'm suggesting Norton because among all the commercial Anti Virus I have used, Norton seems to be having the best User Interface. Besides that, they've been there quite long time. They knows their customers expectation.
