The / at the start indicates you want to start from root level of the domain name. This is handy if you change your domain name in the future then you wont have to change the code.

I fixed it by changing the URL scheme to "Folder Base Fancy".

Hello,

This is the first time I've used this software so please bare with me. I would normally use phpBB but it's becoming more and more complex and simply isn't as good for what I need it for.

So I've installed my PunBB forum (successfully?) but for some reason the styles appear to be, well, not working. It was as if the CSS file doesn't exist.

Can anyone guide me in the right direction to get it working properly please? - Thanks in advance.
