I saw that the update script has a few useful cleaning/refresh queues.

Dear PunBB.org,
Greetings, this is my first post here. My latest full installation was PunBB v1.2.4, and then today I noticed that v1.2.5 was released and recommended to be applied. So I downloaded the Changed files only (tar/gzip), and overwrote the necessary files on my server.
Everything loads just fine, but on admin_index.php the PunBB version still reads:
PunBB 1.2.4 - Check for upgradeHave I missed a file, update, or patch? Should I update that manually and is that normal?
