Actually, to add it to the annoucement you can just put it in the annoucement box as html.
Maybe you could write some example, please? Any picture/logo, any source site... Just for example.

I have two, maybe a little bit strange questions :
1) it's any chance that administrator see whole lists of member's e-mail at one place?
2) (sorry if stupid) it's any chance that administrator make modification (i mean to install mod) on the forum, if he dosn't have admission on the server, where is punn install files?

Havier means that, for example, on page 1 at the top of the page it would have a sticky saying something like: "rules! fun stuff!" and then when the user clicked on the 2nd page it would still be at the top of the topics although all the other posts will have changed.

Guys, i don't want "Global Topic", or "Sticky Topic" - i want a single post who would be on the top of every page in the same topic & only in this topic.
It's any possibility that admin or mods make a post which would be on the top of every page in topic? Something like sticky post ?
