Topic: PHP: How do you fix that update-thing? (6 replies, posted in Programming)
Hello!
I have seen that you, Kennel, have made a update-script for your forum.
Instead of installing the whole system again, I just need to run a (few?) files (it was actually a while I updated last).
How have you done that?
Thanks!

I had included the right files, config.php and common.php, but I had used an odd way of including them, so that was the reson why it didn't work.

Hm, maybe I should tell you that I use 1.0 RC2..
I guess you'll recommend me to upgrade to the latest version, but all my members is ofcource stored in the pun_users-table.
If I install a newer version, can I keep on using my old table with members?

Hello!
I have a problem.

I need to know where $cur_user['id'] gets set.
Could you please help me?

Re: I nearly allways get "could not fetch topic list" (26 replies, posted in PunBB 1.2 troubleshooting)
Oh, some time ago, I created "modded_common.php" for any reason. I tried to use common.php instead, but then I don't get transferd to the right place (index2.php) after logging in. I have searched for what I could have changed, but I just can not find it.
Do you know where I could have messed it up?

$cur_user['username'] is not set, so I suppose everything else that have to do with $cur_user isn't set either. How can I be sure that $cur_user sets? Can you give me the code for that? I can't find what part it is..
