No, fresh install.

Might be related to a problem I was having with the forum description.  I posted a thread about it in Bug Reports and the reply that I got was:

Smartys wrote:

It's a problem with admin_options.php
The problem is when values are NULL, isset is false, whereas array_key_exist is true

So I'm wondering if your issue is related?

Hello,

I reported a post (as an Administrator) on a newly installed copy of 1.2.6 to see what kind of notification I would get.  When I view the reports (in the Administration panel), above the 10 last zapped, it will show all currently (non-zapped) reports.  It will commonly be listed as: Category >> Subject >> Post #.  However, the post number is completely off.  What might actually be post #11 (within the thread) being reported, it will often report a much higher post number such as #68.  I believe it's pulling the boards over-all post count instead of the actual post in question.

I hope this was clear enough, if not I can always take a picture.

How do you make it appear in a colored box (like an announcement)?

Greetings,

At first I didn't want a forum description so I removed all the text and saved the changes.  Then later I typed in a new description, saved the changes, but the description (and text area) remain empty.

This is on a brand new installation running 1.2.6.  Any ideas?
