Just remove the 346-349 lines from the "<FORUM_ROOT>/viewtopic.php" file.
Mine must have been modified then. I got this for these lines.

At bottom shows "Admins Corner" and this is with nobody logged in..

Hi there...
I'm new to PunBB, I have been hosting to PhPBB3 and was not satisfied with the layout and so forth.
I have a question concerning adding a ADMIN ONLY section (Forum) and when I created it, I log out for testing purposes and
guests are able to see it. I unchecked Members and guests. Only kept Moderators to view it.
Where am I going wrong? Still able to view it. If needed I can give a url to this, I just didn't want to go public yet with it
as I am not finished.
