I figured out what hes talking about. Instead of having links like:
You would have one with an id NAME. Like:
But that is pointless. Its easier to use numbers.

Yes. If I were an admin or mod and the forum I was on automatically sent me all those emails I would not be a happy moderator... It should definately be optional for the moderators and admins as well as as a forum setting.

Well technically it wouldn't be okay. From what I learned about copyrights, you cannot remove a copyright notice without purchasing the rights or receiving the rights to from the copyright holder. So you have to leave it there by law, and just add your own copyright below his, or above his. My copyright says
