my ftp client automatically set filenames to lower case.

after looking at the error log, and a good night, here's what i found :

i looked with my ftp client, but the files are there... i don't understand.

I have a problem with CSS styles...
After uploading all the files, as usually. I open a blank new window and point it to my forum.
Then installation begins.
BUT...
Even if the page opens, it doesn't use styles... i have an all black text on white page...
"Ok, maybe it's the 1.2.7..."
But the forum looks exactly the same and i don't understand. I've tried adjusting CHMODs but it doesnt change anything.
And what achieved me was, when i tried it on my computer, with WAMP (like Easy PHP) it works well...
I don't really don't understand, if someone has an idea 
And sorry but i'm really tired right now ZZZzzz, i can't even find the right keys on my keyboard :S
