Well, I got it to convert using 1.2.22, but now I can't figure out how to upgrade to the latest version.

I followed the steps, and got this: "The constant FORUM_ROOT must be defined and point to a valid PunBB installation root directory."
I converted to SMF, and am now trying to get it to PunBB.
