I changed the version number in mysql but ist take not effect in the admin menu, there is still the old number?
Why is that so and how could I fix it?

in my board: www.bluedaniel.de there are a banner from my forum and an banner from google, so I want to know how I can change the backgroundcolor of this table in the header were the banners are in
