Hi. I'm working on an open-source project which is using PunBB for communications. See http://www.pauric.net/followthemoney/?page_id=98. Since it is open-source, we would like to allow people to view and download attachments without having to log in.
I have looked around a good bit in the admin panel and couldn't find it as an option, but please let me know if this is possible already.
